本学では、教育研究用情報システムを利用する教員（非常勤教員を除く）・学生などを対象に、
2025年度「情報セキュリティ研修」・「個人情報保護研修（教員対象）」を実施します。
以下の内容を確認のうえ、受講対象の方は必ず受講してください。
対象者には、担当部署から一斉メールで受講案内をお送りします。

【対象者】
2025年10月1日時点で、教育研究用情報システムのID（TMU ID）を保有している以下の方
・常勤教員
・その他教員(*1)
・全学生（ただし、本年4月～5月に情報セキュリティ研修を受講完了した学部１年生を除く）
・その他教育研究関係者（「@tmu.ac.jp」が付くTMU IDを利用している方）
※非常勤教員(*2)向けの情報セキュリティ研修は、法人が別途実施します。
*1：客員教員、客員研究員、共同研究者、名誉教授、博士研究員、専門研究員
*2：非常勤講師、特任教員、リサーチアシスタント、特別先導教授（再任用）、クラブ活動指導員、特別研究員

e-ラーニングシステムkibaco（https://kibaco-d.tmu.ac.jp/login）にアクセスして受講してください。

〇学外からも受講できます。スマートフォンではなく、パソコンからの受講をおすすめします。
〇ミニテストの全問正解で受講完了となります。
ミニテストは何度でも受けられますので、全問正解になるまで繰り返し受けてください。
〇今年度も教員向け研修には、個人情報に関する資料や設問が含まれています。
情報セキュリティ研修とあわせて受講してください。
【注意事項】
・受講期間内に研修を完了していない方には、メールなどでご連絡する場合があります。
・kibacoで受講ができないなど、やむを得ない事情で期間内に完了が難しい場合は、個別にご相談ください。
・この研修は、他のｅラーニング研修（例：「研究コンプライアンス研修」）とは別の研修です。ご注意ください。

Training Period: October 16 – December 15, 2025
TMU will conduct the “Information Security Training” (for faculty and students) and the “Personal Information Protection Training” (for faculty only) for Academic Year 2025.
Please read the following information carefully and make sure to complete the training if you are eligible.
Eligible participants will receive a training notice by email from the relevant office.
Training Period:
October 16 (Thu) – December 15 (Mon), 2025
Eligible Participants:
Those who have a TMU ID for the TMU-wide information systems for education and research as of October 1, 2025:
- Full-time faculty members
- Other faculty and researchers (*1)
- All students (excluding first-year undergraduate students who have already completed the
“Information Security Training” held from April to May 2025)
- Other individuals involved in education and research who use a TMU ID ending with “@tmu.ac.jp”
* Training for part-time faculty members (*2) will be provided separately by the university cooperation.
*1：Visiting faculty and research associates, corporate joint researchers, professors emeriti, non-salaried
postdoctoral fellows, independent researchers affiliated with TMU.
*2：Part-time lecturers, specially appointed faculty and research associates, research assistants,
reappointed special leading professors, club advisors, JSPS PD.

- You can take this training from off-campus. It is recommended to use a computer instead of a smartphone.
- The training will be completed when you answer all questions correctly in the mini test.
You can take the test as many times as needed until you get all the answers correct.
- This year's faculty training includes materials and questions related to personal information.
Please complete it together with the Information Security Training.
Notes
- You may be contacted by email or other means if you have not completed the training within
the designated period.
- If you are unable to complete the training within the period due to unavoidable circumstances
(e.g., unable to access "kibaco"), please contact us individually.
- Please note that this training is separate from other e-learning programs, such as the
“Research Compliance Training.”
